Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Create N Capture website and your rental or booking of studio space and photography services operated by Create n Capture LLC ("Create N Capture", "we", "us", or "our"). By booking the studio, using our services, or accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are booking on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Studio space rentals require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve and lock in your date. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

For studio rentals, the remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Self-portrait sessions (MINI, QUICK, and FULL) are paid in full at the time of booking. Because these are short, fixed-price sessions, there is no balance due on the day.

Studio rental time includes your load-in and load-out. Please plan your setup and breakdown within your reserved window.

Submitting a booking request through this website does not guarantee availability; all bookings are confirmed by Create N Capture via email.

Deposits and session payments are non-refundable. They are never simply lost, though — the terms below apply to every booking, and you agree to them with a checkbox before payment.

• Reschedule free with at least 48 hours' notice — just email or message us.
• Inside 48 hours, we'll move you once where we can. If we can't fill the slot, your payment converts to studio credit valid for 12 months.
• No-shows forfeit the session. The room was held and the lights were set.
• If we ever have to cancel — equipment, facility, or emergency — you choose a new date or a full refund.

Studio credit issued under this policy is valid for 12 months from your original booking date and may be used toward any session or rental.

Create N Capture reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., equipment failure, facility issues, or emergencies). In such cases, you may choose a new date or a full refund of amounts paid for the affected booking.

Prints, framed pieces, canvas wraps, and albums are made to order from the images you select. Because each item is produced specifically for you, all sales of physical goods are final and non-refundable once production has begun.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost to you.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before production begins. We will confirm by email when your order goes into production.

This policy is posted in accordance with California law regarding refund policies for goods.

Time used beyond your scheduled reservation window is billed at the overtime rate of $100/hour, charged per 15-minute increment.

A cleaning / restocking fee of $50 may be applied automatically if the space is left untidy, trash is unmanaged, or materials require restocking.

Damage to seamless paper that is soiled or cut is billed at $25 per pull. Add-on gear and packages are billed as listed on our pricing menu.

The studio must be used in a safe, lawful, and respectful manner. You are responsible for the conduct of your crew, talent, guests, and anyone you bring on site.

• No smoking, vaping, or open flames inside the studio.
• No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
• Keep occupancy within the agreed limit; do not block exits or fire equipment.
• Do not move or alter permanent fixtures, electrical, or building systems without permission.
• Adult content, dangerous activities, or animals require prior written approval (pet fees may apply).

We reserve the right to end a session without refund or credit if these rules are violated or if conduct endangers people or property.

You are responsible for any loss or damage to the studio, equipment, backdrops, props, or furnishings caused by you or your party during your booking, beyond normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs will be billed to the responsible party.

Create N Capture is not responsible for personal equipment or belongings left on the premises. Please secure and remove all of your gear at the end of your session.

You use the studio and equipment at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Create N Capture and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from your use of the studio or services, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Create N Capture from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the studio, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

For portrait and family sessions, edited digital images and proofing galleries are delivered as described in the applicable package. Commercial usage rights are included with product catalog and brand packages as specified on the pricing menu.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Create N Capture retains the right to use images we produce for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes. If you prefer your images not be used publicly, let us know in writing before your session.

You represent that you have all necessary rights and releases for any people, brands, or materials appearing in content you create at the studio.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the Create N Capture mark — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission.

This website and its booking tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

Information you submit through our booking and contact forms (such as your name, email, phone, and message) is used solely to respond to your inquiry and manage your booking. We do not sell your personal information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current version, and continued use of the studio or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
